J.H.W C.A.R.E.S. Hosts Community Day in Partnership with NCPD and Aaron Hicks

“Service is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth.”- Muhammad Ali

On Thursday, March 30, J.H.W. Enterprise Property Management kicked off its celebration through a collaborative community service project in the historic Chicora neighborhood. This initiative is one of many that J.H.W. C.A.R.E.S., the philanthropic arm of the organization has initiated to give back to the communities we serve.

Founded in 2020, J.H.W. C.A.R.E.S. stands for Community – Advocating – Real – Engagement – Solutions and represents our unwavering commitment to seeing each and every member of our community thrive.

Alongside community leader Aaron Hicks and the North Charleston Police Department R.E.C.A.P. initiative, J.H.W. C.A.R.E.S. served the community with free grilled food, multiple giveaways, and networking with various community organizations that provide invaluable services to residents.

Countless residents of Florida Avenue attended the event and engaged with our organization which manages various multi-unit properties in the area. In service to the community, multiple attendees and the J.H.W. team joined together to clean street debris. Thank you to local radio station Z93 Jamz and the Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit who also contributed towards the success of the event!
